Just going through all statements I have noticed that there is a charge called overdrafticon USAGE FEE, on some of the earlier statements this is £5, but on some later ones it turns out to be £25 per month.....is this right or is it an unauthorised charge...

i thought overdrafticon usage fees where the interest set on the amount of the used Overdraft does it change at all over the months years? as that seems a large fee £25 if its not reclaimable.

Ok I have got my uncle to the stage where we sent off the Allocation Questionaire a couple weeks ago...
Today he informed me that he has recieved a letter from the court stating that at the courts discretion they have arranged a meeting for 10 mins without a hearing on the 9th of April, I aint experienced this before I was just waiting for the court date and sending the bundles out etc.....What does anyone think...

Apparently the meeting is a 10 minute direction hearing, with my case the court asked for all the information to be sent prior to the hearing this time they haven't, do you think I should send Lloydsicon a bundle telling them that this is the evidence we will be relying on in court?

No need for bundle if this is a preliminary hearing, this is a good link to read:
