    How awfull for you.

If i was you the 1st thing i would do is, get a copy of the agreement and have a good browse through it.

Wasnt your loan at a fixed interesticon rate? a % to the amount borrowed, i didnt think that could change..

or am i right off track here??

Is it a mortgageicon? secured loan?

I've found all the loan paperwork but can't find any relating to the insurance, incidentally the Insurance company is Cardif Pinnacle who someone else has also posted about.

    Hello!

Ask them for a copy of the terms and conditionsicon which you signed. They do update these periodically so you should specify that you require the documents relating to the time at which you signed the agreement.

Any problems please come back to us.

I will, in the meantime, try to look on the internet for this company and any details pertaining to loan insurance.

Please supply as much info as you can, then I may be able to help you more.
