I have received a letter from woolwich aknowledging my request for refund of charges and they wrote and said that they will investiagate and come back with a solution within four weeks, if they cannot do that they will get back to me within eight weeks with a report/update.
please let me know if this is acceptable or shall i take the next step with the court letter.
