just recieved my statments back from bc and only back to may 2004 if i want more then its £3 per statment!!! they were very quick in replying i only sent letter off tuesday! i totted up total for that timespan and its £324 not a lot i know but i'm gonna chase it second letter going out on monday wish me luck.i'm also claiming £3128.00 from the woolwich
I too have just received statements from Barclaycard - same standard letter. Just totted up charges since june 2004 - total of £456.00. Am going to fire off next letter also. This is the first company to send the statements back, still waiting on Halifax, MBNA and First Direct (although First Direct have send me a letter returning my £10.00 cheque and stating statement are on the way.) What takes them so long!!
hi all Barclays have not recieved my reply back after sending SAR so i telephoned today to double check and the nice guy on the telephone said sorry we havent recieved it! why dont you fax it to us with the refrence no that we have put on your letters also add account no so if anyones intrested the fax no is 0161 200 7197. good luck to all
