Well I have finally completed my MCOL thanks to reading BigCols threads ( very helpful )
The 1st lette I sent I got a response basically saying tough I still haven't received anything from the second letter.
So I have just done the MCOL so 28 days and counting.
I think RBS is gonna be a harder nut to crack I have just got £685.00 back from HSBC I sent the first letter and about 8 days after they offered me the money so it makes me so more determined as it was very nice seeing Refund Of Charges on my bank statement#!!!:o
Everyone out there keep determined I know it can be hassle doing letters filling out forms but it is well worth it!!
