The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Is this your calim lynz - and where abouts are you?
i believe, but am not ceretain, that mercantile court is a higher court where precedent can be set, if this is your claim i would pm a mod with the details for assistance.
I would suggest you make it very clear in the titele block that you case has been transferred to the mercantile court.
I would also add not to worry, Im sure there are implications but the team are very experienced and will be able to help you.
My claim will be fast track and they have helped me.
