Hi red99, on my claim form I put the defendant as "Barclays Bank PLC trading as Barclaycard" and addressed it to 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP. Because the letter I had from Barclaycard had small print at the bottom stating 'Barclaycard is a trading name of Barclays Bank PLC'.
Defendant: Barclaycard or Barclays Bank PLC
Bank plc?????? Need for N1 form filling.
