    Default WALTON vs LLOYDS

    Well I got a swift response on my SARicon, but on the 28th August I submitted my first request for payment which seems to have been ignored so now I am on to my lbaicon which is going in the post tomorrow as they have had 14 days and then some. Wish me luck as I aint hopeful atm.:-|

    No need for luck tasadin!

    The law is well established when it comes to these charges and its on YOUR side! All you need to do is enforce it. Just remember to stick to your timetable, and just as importantly - don't let Lloydsicon intimidate you! They'll try to put you off at every opportunity with all that 'service charge' rubbish, so take no notice.
