Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
we've just received our statements for the past 6 years from RBS and the sum of charges is definitely going to come to more than 5k . Can anyone provide information on how to claim more than £5000 as it won't be through the small claims court. Any advice or links to simiar threads would be brilliant,
adjust your claim so it is under £5k, then go for the rest later. or if they pay up ask them for the rest as well (you never know)

see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry! England and Saint George!'
If you think I have helped, informed, or amused you do the clickey scaley thing !!
Hi there
I'm claiming over £13,000 between 2 accounts but am testing the water with a small claim of £750 (Scotland) first - if I win I'll then go for the biggie. Failing that - multiple small claims until they get sick of me!! Return date 11/10. Good luck
