    Question Help Please!!!!

    Hello

I have sent my bank the preliminary letter requesting my bank charges back. I have taken it into my local branch and asked them to forward the letter to the relevant dept. They gave me a reciept.

However, the branch manager has now asked me to go to my local branch with my statements so that she can 'assess' them and see what charges are valid (in her words)

What shall I do? She obviously has not forwarded my letter on to the right place and I've read that I should not go to the branch but send the next letter.

    Any help would be brilliant!

    Thanks

I would politely turn down the request and sent her the schedule of charges from your account and send the next letter to her and copy it to head office.

    Just my opinion.
