Jenagain v A&L

Hi,

I've already successfully claimed charges back from First Direct without any hassle, and in the process of doing it again. I've now decided to tackle my old bank account with A&L too. I closed it in December 05 and they owe me at least £200 - could be more but I can't remember now.

I've done the data protection request letter to get a list of charges from them, but do I just make the £10 cheque payable to Alliance and Leicester (sorry if I'm being thick just don't want to hold up the process!). I'll send this off today.

I've read through the FAQs and a few cases on here so I'm all set to go ahead!

I made mine out to A &L and they had no trouble cashing that!!

Good luck with it, I'm waiting for my statements now, got a feeling they'll owe me a pretty penny
