Hi,
am just sending off my first letter with the total that I want refunded to me from the past 6 years. The grand total with interest (12% to total) figured that would cover 6 years easy enough, comes to £3571.00. This is a business account with Bank of Scotland. I had all the statements so I didn't have to send the data letter requesting them. I typed in a list of all dates and charges and subtracted any refunds given to me (which were not many) and came up with this total. I am sending off the letter to two addresses, One boS customer relations in dumfermline and another copy to data protection manager. Halifax in west Yorkshire. Are these the proper addresses? Wish me luck I really need the money!!.
