Thread: BOS Reply to Request for last 6 years Statements

Got reply with the past two years statements (a lot of codes, but decipherable, just)!

They advised they can supply the preceeding four years but charge £5 for supplying it.

I called them, argued against the charge, but ended up giving them authority to make the charge.

Can they charge and shall I claim it back?

Yes they can charge. If they ask for less than £10 for all the information then just pay it. If they ask for more than £10, make the enquiry under the Data Protection Act.
