no you dont go to their agenda you set out clearly in your letter your giving them 14 days so you carry on to your timescale not theirs dont let them stall you these are all tactics that the woolwich are using to make us wait wait and wait and they hope we will lose heart and give up well ive news for them we are not giving up without a fight and they will work to our agenda or if it comes to it lets see how big they are in front of a judge if they got the swingers to go there in the 1st place!

    Hi angry banker,

I myself am at exactly the same stage as you with the Woolwich.

Today I received a reply from Michele Wallis explaining they hope to resolve the matter by 9th October 2006.

I sent the Woolwich my initial request for charges to be refunded on 6th September, which they acknowledge recieving on 11th September, however I'll be sending them the letter before actionicon on the 25th September - as per my letter said I would.

Don't want them thinking for one second I'm not seriously persuing this!

Of course the 9th October is 28 days from them receiving the letter.

Anyhow, like to follow your case and compare how yours and mine goes.

hI Amanda , i too have michelle wallis replying to my letters at the moment and i currently have three seperate accounts i am pursuing with the woolwich. I will definately be sending the lba for all three accounts on the 25th so lets hope they respond quicker than the 9th oct or they will have yrs and mine to deal with all on the same day....will keep an eye on yrs to see how yr doin too...
