Thread: Is it worth writing to the Chairman of HSBC at home to stop closure

Have got the home addy of HSBC bank plc chairman, shall i write to him there to stop account closure?

atleast then i'll know he will of got it

A "commerical Reason"

i sent a letter to David Lewis head of customer relations, he just passed it on to leeds, spoke to mr lewis PA she's looking into the real reason why there closing my account.

So on that basis i reckon if i write to the chairman his PA will proberly only pass it on to some one else

can anyone tell me the address for where i shud send my letters, i dont no whether to send them to my local branch in northwich or send them to there head office or customer service.??? putting in a claim today £1256, lol

I'd send them to your local branch, either by hand and get a receipt or send it by recorded delivery
