The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I haven't re-read it, but I think he only lost because it was one of the first claims - and didn't have this site like this to rely on. The man is a star for telling us his story, taking them on and certainly strenghthened my resolve
