hi guys , just had my statements come through !!!!!! - had a quick look last night and was blown away with all the charges that have been applied over the years - infact i was nearly sick . like somebody else says on a previous thread i was amazed looking back on what my life was like !! - if only i knew then what i know now.
what charges if any should i look out for ? well apart from the obvious ie returned cheques , direct debit , standing orders and referels ??

hi the charges you list are the one you can claim for. You cant claim for overdraft fees or account fees. the best thing to do is read the FAQs this will guide you through the whole process. good luck.
You can claim back the charges taken for overdrawing your account (exceeding OD limit even if that limit is zero if you have no overdraft arrangement). As Livelylad said you cannot claim for normal OD fees etc.
Do read the FAQs and threads.
yep!! All of those £90 a month soon add up don't they!! Don't forget to check what account charges you have 'paid', you may find that the Bank has added the £28 unauthorised overdraft charge onto your Royalties membership, you can claim the "28 back but not Royalties fees!!
