Hi.

I have had some valuable property stolen from my home by someone who was invited into my home, but I no longer have any association or contact with, but I can't prove it, do you think I would be able to make a claim against my home insurance? Thanks.

If they were your guest at the time, probably no, most policies exclude guests, which would mean anyone invited into your home, regardless if you are friends or not.

If they broke in, stole a key or similar it's a different matter.
