nice to meet you all. just got my Abbey statement through today with a nice supprise of £230 charges for going overdrawn because of a late cheque on my part . even though i've been with them 18yrs without going overdrawn once (ONE MISTAKE IN 18YRS), there was no reasoning with them so it looks like i will be going down the legal road.i heard of this website on the television so thought i would look it up. iVe read through different peoples situations and now i'm even more eager to take them on. i will do it the safe way by changing banks first then proceeding with the battle.any imformation would be gatefull.
p.s. top website (nice to know i'm not the onlyone getting bullied).
Good luck and follow the advice on here and you will be fine.
Read the FAQ's and step by step if you need help or start a thread in the SHAbbey forum and ask in there
