are you in Scotland if so i think its £750 a time however in England its the full amount, under £5000 is the small claim court.

in the library it the initial approach for payment.

In your initial letters to the bank claim the full amount (ie in your prelim and lba).
You only need to break it up into £750 chunks when you get to the Mcol stage.
