B'card are Not acknowleding ANYTHING i send?

hello all
This one is puzzling me if anyone has any ideas of where i stand or what to do next i would really appreciate it!

Basically i owe them around £2500 after PPI icon

failed to pay out on the "pre-existing medical condition " clause yet again!
They sent the debt to credit solutions & mercers who have tried to make contact with us at our old address (had to move forced sale on our home) .
Both my wife and i have b'cards my wifes debt is £650 and they have accepted 10.00pm via credit solutions.

I sent of 4 (four ) DPA one of each for my wife and i to Credit solutons and b'card, credit solutions sent the SAR icon

back with in a couple of weeks, barclay card sent my wifes SAR icon

back within a couple of weeks.....But have not acknowledged anything i have sent them ?

There time runs out tommorow (40 days) 13th Sept, but like i say they have not acknowledged anything ive sent.
I have sent them numourous correspondence prior to finding this site...Nothing
I sent the DPA to them ..Nothing
I offered via credit solutions 10.00pm .....Nothing
At the moment they are getting aboslutley nothing from me financially so whats going on?

What is happening ..anyone got any idea of my next move?

Yes mate, all the DPA SAR icon

have been sent recorded delivery , plus all correspondence with credit solutions also sent R/D.
But all prior letters to them explaining my situation were not (from what i can remember)

Check here http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/t...equestid=45736 to make sure they arrived and then complain saying you have proof of delivery (provide a print out from the tracking facility). Other than that carry on with your timetable. They've completely ignored all my letters other than the DPA letter. Once the court claim has been raised they will have to take notice though!

I too have been ignored, however they did send statements. But since then I have not had any reply to my letters all sent RD icon

!

I know how exasperating this is but continue on your course, and like Roydosan said if everything has arrived RD then you are quite right to complain!

Thanks to both of you for replying!!
What im concerned about is
a) the fact that i have NOT paid them anything for a few months, are they likely to just send in the debt collectors icon

b) are they just ignoring all my correspondence for a reason?

Where would i stand?
If i complain, am i gonna open up a can of worms --so to speak?

Well their times up today (40 days) which was sent R/D, Shall i just send the Non-Complience letter?

Its a judgement call in your case to be honest.

With Barclays icon

I had to call them to chivvy them up a bit to send my statements on time. I recorded the time and date and who I spoke to but as it wasn't into the claim stage I dont believe it hurt to phone.

I would call Barclaycard to chase it, I would imagine they are having trouble meeting demand (bovvered?!) so I would call them and see what their response is. Depending on that, send the non-compliance letter.

What address are you using?

I got to the point in the past with B/C where I hadnt paid them for about 5/6 months and whilst I would in no way advocate doing that, they did not send in the heavies because I was in contact with them. Your monthly repayments are a separate issue to the money that has been unlawfully taken from you.

What i dont want is for them to send in anyone, ive contacted credit solutions and they sent me back My DPA, but its just b'card havent acknowledged anything, not my offer of minimum payment nor my DPA S.A.R.

I really dunno what to do with this one?

A quick call to see if they have received the letter? 01565 614000 is the number for Radford Hall and bear in mind that they are the data team, they wont be interested in the current state of play of your account.
