Just had my 2nd claim against BoS settled and once again the settlement letter has not asked me to sign 'in full and final settlement'.

Is this an oversight on their part or standard for BoS?

Bank of Scotland round 1: £740 + costs settled, still sore over the 8% grrr

Bank of Scotland round 2: £629 +101.15 interest +£39 costs settled.
