    Question Not asked to sign anything again

    Just had my 2nd claim against BOSicon settled and once again the settlement letter has not asked me to sign 'in Full and finalicon settlement'.
    Is this an oversight on their part or standard for BoS?

    RBSicon sisn't ask me to keep quiet but not to sign anything! Ar ethe banks beginning to feel defeated? I hope so! Guy I spoke to on the phone at A&L is offering me a goodwill payment and I'm only at SARicon stage. Not even mentioned charges yet! We're definately changing things!! Go us!!!!!!!!!!

    Can anyone tell me if I have to actually insert letter before actionicon on the top of my letter or would any format be OK as long as the main details re charges and impending court action is included. Thanks

    does any one know what the rules are for banks in N ireland i am at the request for statements stage aginst the ulster bank.
