Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
hi, i need just a little advice, i have just recieved a pretty big cheque from RBS in the last couple of weeks(i've changed my details on here, just in case they reading these posts)
i assume i just start all over again the same as first time, however i am now planning to go for the remaining £'s on my personal account and then go for monies owed from my business account.
can i go for business and personal at the same time? or should i go for one account at a time?
if i go for just the personel account the amount will be only around £1400 (i got the rest 1st time around)
i'd prefer to go for a large sum but this involves two different accounts ie business and personal, would this cause any difficulties later on if it did go to court?
