Sent my S.A.R 24th August and received copies of statements a few days ago, I was surprised they arrived so quickly. Looks like they're using standard letters as they mention the microfiche excuse even though that occured before I had an account with them.
As with my other threads I apologise in advance if this thread's length isn't proportional to the stage of my claim, but it's my way of staying organised.
