New to site - starting out - where is the very first letter?
Hi there
trying to juggle a new business is a pain with the £30 charges hitting me as well.
I have found the letter to use if I know the amount .. if I dont know the amount ie all the charges where is the letter for that .. ie the first contact.
I'm almost embarassed to say that some months I have been charge £30 x 3 and if i can get this back over the past 6 years I will be sooooo chuffed>
So - please can someone point me in direction of the very first letter to use
thank you

Claire
ps i just hope I can find my way back for any replies!!
