The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well I've just come back from a fantastic week in France and have several letters from NW re my claim. Total claim for 5k + interest totalling to just over 7k. They say they have reviewed my claim and are only paying me 2,600k which I have already received. They are also closing my account (which I was expecting that anyway and opened a Natwest account).
So what do I do now?? Has this happened to anyone else?
