Hi,
Apologies if this has been answered but I couldnt find it in the FAQ. I'm just about to start the process of claiming against my bank for unfair charges and in order to avoid any delaying tactics on their side would like to following cleared up please!
I have 2 current accounts which I would like data released for; 1 with Smile, and 1 with the Co-operative Bank.
Now, Smile is the internet only brand for the Co-op, so these are essentially the same bank and have the same address under the ICO.
Do I need to send £20 in total with the information request letter (£10 / account) as they could in some way be considered as 2 different banks?
No as they are both under the same umbrella so to speak one fee will do!
I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!
