Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Is it today that something happens regards microfiche? I seem to think that i have read something somewhere on here saying that some sort of action is being taken against barclaycard today and and there will be some answers to the microfiche argument. Is this right and if so when can we expect to hear something and where from? Im keen to know what the outcome is.
As far as I am aware there is no action being taken against Barclay card.
The Abbey were visited last week re their microfiche, however, it does not necessarily follow that what applies to the Abbeys fiche system wil automatically apply to the Barclaycard system.
