Question Do I give them 28 days or stick to my 14?

Morgan Stanley responded to my lbaicon with a standard letter enclosing complaint handling procedure & timescales, which says they aim to respond in full within 28-56 days, depending on what investigations they need to do. Do I ignore this and proceed after my 14 days (tomorrow)?

Question Re: Do I give them 28 days or stick to my 14?

Well if you're sure the court isn't going to say it looks like they made an attempt to deal with it within an (albeit longer) timescale and I was too impatient to wait and therfore I'm not entitled to get my court costs back...?
