    Hi Mandy,
    welcome to the CAGicon. If you read the FAQ's they will help you find the right course of action, read the threads posted in the relevant bank you are requesting them through, loads of people on here will no doubt offer you advice through their experiences, I suggest when you have read the FAQ's your first course of action, if you already havent done is it send them a Subject access requesticon, you will find them in the templates.
