Hi - was wondering if you knew of anyone who Natwest have demanded repay their overdraft in full when they have tried to reclaim their bank charges? I have completed the first stage of obtaining a list of charges but am now concerned that if i proceed with claiming them then the bank will send me a letter demanding i repay my overdraft in full. Any advice you could give would be gratefully receivied.
