Hi everyone
have been avidly following this site for few weeks now.Made me feel so much better knowing there are other people who are in the same boat as me.
Gave me much needed encouragement to try and reclaim bank charges back.
Very scary for me as a single middleaged woman with a cotton wool brain!
Have gone through Moneyclaim and am now waiting for Natwest icon

to reply.The 28 days are up but no news.Not really sure what to do next ? will read through site and hopfully will explain.
So good luck to all you other claimanys and will keep you posted.(if i can work out how to do this again !) LOL.

Good luck browneyes - cotton wools good - soaks stuff up

If the 28 days are up since service and you have had nothing you can apply for judgement by default - go to the MCOL site and it should give you the option.

Post in Natwest icon

forum for some help if you need it.

HI EVERYONE
Just got back to this thread,really confusing this site.
Have returned my aq icon

to court in person,luckily didnt have to pay £100 fee as on working tax credits. Sent request details back to Cobbetts re CPR18 bumf..Used template of forum,now have recieved letter stating.....
We note your comments on our request for further information.Please note that Part 27...applies SUBJECT TO paragraph 3 ...which states that the court of its own initiative may order a party to provide further info if it considers appropriate to do so.
It is our clients contention that your particulars of claim do not properly particularise your claim. blaaaaaa.

Our client objects to your allegation that the request is intimidating.
Accordingly,on allocation of this matter,we will be suggesting that case management directions cannot be proposed until you serve a full and detailed reply to our request.

This is roughly the gist. I didnt attached the spreadsheet to the last letter as i wasn't sure to or no.So do i now reply and send it off? And how do i word the letter please?

Am having sleepless nights over this and sometimes wish i had never started it.
BUT AM DETERMINED NOW TO SEE IT THROUGH TO THE END.!!

Just that the bags under the eyes have got darker.

THIS MORNING GIVING THEM AN EARBASHING FOR ONCE AGAIN CHARGING ME £38 FOR BEING £4 SHORT OF PAYING A direct debit icon

WHEN THE DOORBELL RANG.............AND THERE STOOD THE POSTMAN WITH A REGISTERED ENVELOPE FROM RONNIE COBBETS.AND INSIDE.........WAS A CHEQUE FOR £1 '997.71. YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!
THANK YOU ALL ON THIS FORUM,I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU .I AM FEELING VERY PROUD OF MYSELF FOR ACTUALLY GOING ON WITH IT.I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET COLOURED LETTERS ON THIS SITE SO WILL HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH THIS INSTEAD.BUT WHAT A BRILLIANT SITE!!!!!!!!! donation icon
