Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Has anyone seen this story on the BBA(bankers own) website BBA - British Bankers' Association - Banks welcome opportunity for fact-finding exercise with the OFT
hope the link works, if not its listed on the homepage.
The headline is the "banks welcome opportunity for fact-finding exercise with the OFT".
Wonder if the OFT will get more info about the real cost the fees represent lol and what does it matter if some people get Free Banking or if banking is "good value" haha, none of that is related to the charges they can lawfully apply. Either they provide the real info about the costs and the OFT will force them to drop the amount they charge to that level. Or they will come out with that old chestnut about it being sensitive info which will prove nothing.

opps by the way also enjoyed the article on this site where they blame the increase in complaints against banks being down to them sending out leaflets about the Banking Code(how kind lol) and people being more aware of it rofl. Nothing to do with the rubbish service then guys lol?
