Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i have sent the first (letter before action) Letter to Natwest and they have replied saying they believe the charges are fair and therfore the charges must stand, they still have 5 days left in wihich to comply so do i need to take legal action now?? is there anything else i can do, i just cant afford £120 right now! (getting married in 4 weeks)???? can anyone help, thinking of going to a no win no fee solictor, does anyone know of "FAIR" one??
You don't have to file as per the timetable, you can file next week, next month, whenever. The commercial firms will charge 20% upwards - a lot more than £120, which you can reclaim.
