    Question Natwest V Clark

    Hi Everyone,

    i have sent the first (letter before actionicon) Letter to Natwesticon and they have replied saying they believe the charges are fair and therfore the charges must stand, they still have 5 days left in wihich to comply so do i need to take legal action now?? is there anything else i can do, i just cant afford £120 right now! (getting married in 4 weeks)???? can anyone help, thinking of going to a no win no fee solictor, does anyone know of "FAIR" one??

    Talk to them, it's makes sense.... I'd love to be able to give a present that cost £120 but was worth £2/3/4000.

    You don't have to file as per the timetable, you can file next week, next month, whenever. The commercial firms will charge 20% upwards - a lot more than £120, which you can reclaim.
