About 4 weeks ago i received a telephone call icon

from Natwest icon

Customer Services asking me why i had not made my loan payment. I made them aware that i new this and the reason was that i have had to leave my career in IT Systems to run my family business. This meant i wasn't getting the wages i used to get. I was only getting enough to cover the bills etc including the NatWest loan but i had been charged £270.00 worth of bank charges i could not pay both. The NatWest rep was then trying to scare me by telling me....
"Sir if you do make the payment within 28 days we pass your matter onto collections where you will bbe forced to make payment"
I thought to myself,
"what a cheek I have never missed one payment in my life and because of bad few months this is how you treat your customers" So i thought to myself
"go on mate keep speeling off you T&Cs and we will see who has the last laugh when i claim all my bank charges back to the last and final penny!!! And when am done with you Barclays Bank will be next on my hit list for extorsion amounts of Business Bank charges, no wonder they are the worlds biggest bank"

I have now signed up with to financial repayment plan icon

with (EDIT)They claim that with government legistlation they can reduce debt by 75% so you can pay them off.

Sounds like an IVA or another loan.

Different forum perhaps?

An IVA isn't always granted, depends ont he amount of debt.

hi david that thing of all clear finance is a legal thing or is other dodgy thing to rip off our litle money.

Those charges are unlawful and you have a legal right to claim them back. Get a
letter off to Nat West to try and stop any further charges .

Ask your creditors to hold action on your account.
