i hope someone can help me. my matertnity benefit has gone to the wrong bank account and the bank will not let me use the account so i still have no money. can i get the money and who should let me have it? i cant believe that the people in the office are so stupid to use the original form i sent regarding maternitybenefit which i was told was lost, so the next form i sent to them had different bank details and now they say that thay used the 1st account details. i am confused by their logic. surely later details should be used not the 1st? especially as the 1st was lost.
