    Smile Abbey follow up

    Hi,

I sent Abbeyicon an initial letter 9 days ago but i made the mistake of sending the letter before actionicon instead of the premlinary approach letter.

However, I have received the standard reply from the Abbey saying that they will be reviewing my case within the next 4 weeks.

Do I need to send them a letter prior to submitting my claim to the court considering that I have already sent them the letter before action?

The claim is for £999 plus interesticon.

I would do so. It shows that you are not rushing into litigation.

The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.
