You either need to send it recorded delivery or if you hand deliver make sure you get a receipt for it. They may not want to give you one but don't take no for an answer. Make sure you have kept a copy of all correspondense as well. I hand delivered my prelim then got a fob off letter. I then sent the lba to the address on the fob off letter. Hope this helps!!
Yup just follow the step by step instructions and you'll be fine!You need to always send the 2 letters both giving 14 days as you may eventually have to show in court that you gave a reasonable amount of time (28 days) to the bank to refund the charges.
