what is the interest rate we use when claiming?
is it just the 8% on the spreadsheet of this site or is it the banks own APR?

if its the APR how do we work this into our spreadsheet and workings out?

can only claim interest they've charged you, so if you were in overdraft, then the overdraft rate... the 8% is when if they havent given you the money back after lba stage and you claim via the courts...at that point you can claim the 8%

theres a list of addresses at top of RBS forum, i sent mine to my branch, but theres quite few of people claiming in scotland, search the threads and see wot address they sent it to....but think youd b fine sending it to your branch
