    Question N1 form filling help please

    hi all well i am now at the stage where i go to court to submit my N1 claims form to my local court on 13/9/06

    so i have a few probs with the form

    1st the breif details of claim i have the template for the particulars of claim but not just the breif bit would this just be unlawfull bank charges

    2nd do you tick the box about the human rights act yes/no

    3rd the interesticon bit i am claiming £296 what about the 8% part where would i add this

    sorry just two more question about the N1 form is this part
    b) a declaration from this honourable court that the term of the contract leading to the application of the charges is unenforceable;
    what is this about should i include it.

    and the address for the RBSicon credit card would it be
