Preliminary letter sent 15/08/06 - HSBC in Leeds received 16/08/06. No reply within two weeks.
LBA sent 30/08/06 - Received 01/09/06 by HSBC Leeds. I am giving them 28 days as opposed to 14 days due to holiday.
Offer received 07/09/06 just under amount claiming - I am accepting! Sorted in 22 days
Looks like I am literally just a few days behind you's - lba sent on 1st Sept.
Heard absolutely zip so far and was expecting a bit of a long slog to be honest given the number or mentions on here lately about the back log of court claims etc.

(18/09/06 - 14 day deadline) 08/09/06 - 2 seperate offers received for a total of £2040 OFFERS ACCEPTED BUT DID NOT PURSUE THE CASE FOR THE REMAINING £225.50. MONEY WAS PAID DIRECTLY INTO MY ACCOUNTS WITHIN 7 DAYS.
