    Default A+L Agreed Overdraft Charge - Legal or Illegal?

    Hi there. I hope someone can give me an answer to this. Most months I use my (agreed) overdrafticon facility at Alliance & Leicester and get charged interest for the privilege, which I think is fair enough, but also get charged a month OD charge of £5. Can someone tell me whether this charge would come under the "illegal" banner and I could persue A&L for its recovery?
