Just thought I would update you and advise that Mint cashed the £10 cheque today, hopefully statements will follow shortly?

Received my monthly statement today, the Muppets have only gone and accepted my £10 DPA fee as a payment to my account.

Do I now call them and request my 6 years of statements or leave the clock ticking.

Any advice would be appreciated,

Hey mate..

would suggest you definitely call them.. Tell them you clearly posted a cheque for £10 along with your DPA letter - they arrived in the same envelope... you expect the request to be actioned accordingly.

Just put the screws on, and say you will overlook their failure to follow a claer instruction assuming that they now expediate your request and forward statements in a prompt and timely fashion.

Clock's still ticking anyway.

Plus make it clear that you will not be sending another £10 - they have inconvenienced you enough.. Their error, their responsibility - which is kinda sweet 'cos it means the £10 is in your account!

Mint failed to respond to court action, so the warrant has now been issued.

(Whatever next the bailiffs).

I have not received anything other than the warrant has been issued dose any one know what happens next and how long dose it take?

Received letter from courts today saying

TAKE NOTICE that the warrant in this action has not been executed for the following reasons

The bailiff cannot execute the warrant at a PO Box address

The address I have used is the one they ask for a reply from, I am sure the PO Box is in the same office and this is a way they direct the mail to the right personnel?
