Right I'm not getting anywhere with this dam microfiche so i'm going to make an estimation of the charges they have taken.
I have no idea what they could possibly be as I've had loads of accounts over the years, some have run fine others have'nt.
It could be nothing it could just as easely be £2k, so how do you begin to make an estimate?

what i did was look on your credit file and see how many months youv'e had an account for, then for each month assume you had a late payment fee and over limit fee, if the wanna contest it they will have to look it up the selfs
