My sons just started the process and sent off his letter on Monday. He's paid £751 since last July in charges. On 3 separate occasions they took £90, they didn't pay a £9.85 direct debitand charged him £39 for the priviledge. He's in the army and this all happened while he was abroad, he's back now but finding great difficulty in getting out of this mess as charges are accumulating daily! Halifax
couldn't give a damn.
Has anyone got a happy ending to give us encouragement to persue this to the end.
