can i submit several claims at the same time rather than waiting for each one to be settled in the small claims court in scotland. i expect to be going for over £4000 which would take quite a while if i were to wait for each claim to be settled prior to submitting the next. i would like to stay within the small claims procedure though.
if you submit another claim before the first one is settled then you run the risk of them being lumped together which would take you into summary cause teritory. have you thought of looking into claiming through the english court system? i believe you can go down this route if your bank has an office in england. hope this helps you
