Welcome to the forum. If you've not yet received those statements you might want to do a SAR. See the letter templates in the library and then start a thread in the Barclays forum.

Further to our recent telephone conversation of (insert date) in with regard to your offer of £1350 I am prepared to accept this amount in partial payment of my claim but take note that I intend to pursue my claim for the remainder.
If it becomes necessary to commence legal proceedings then my claim at that time will include interest pursuant to statute and court costs.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours

Hi Clare, hope the holiday is going ok, sorry there was no response on this thread before you went but you appear to have been missed by the team. I hope you got your answer before you went, if not you can start a thread in the appropriate bank forum for your bank and ask in there,
Good luck with your claim
BEFORE starting your claim read through the FAQ's and if there's something you aren't sure of then ask.

Check out the Bank templates library either for the Moneyclaim form or the N1 form. There is a lot of info on there to assist you with filling in the forms.
ive searched the templates and librarys im having a blonde moment i think? lol i need help with the wording on the N1 form that is what i use isnt it?
thank you
just been to my local county court (southend) handed over my N1 form and all copies of corresponce from the woolich/Barclays. and £120 fee. what happens now? i'm actually SH...ing myself!!! especially as a Mr James Mccoombs phoned me to say that £1350 was there final offer out of the £3500 they owe me whilst at the desk LOL
Don't let them scare you, that's what they're trying to do
Just sit back and wait for them to enter a defence, probably about 2 minutes before the deadline, then fill out the AQ you'll get through the post and maybe by Christmas you'll have your money, but you will get it, MOTB xxx
petetheleek v woolwich openplan (southend county court)
hi all
As you all know i filed with the court on 6th sept just recieved a 'notice of issue' from my court do i fill it in and send back? if so how and when omg i'm so excited!!!! or do i wait till 25th september thats the date bank has to reply? sorry another blonde moment
thank you for all your help
anyone else at southend?
Barclays/Woolwich have been absolute b*ggers in delaying as much as they can. If OP has just started court claim, I would be very surprised to see settlement before February earliest. The important thing is that he'll get it, though!
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
If they do not reply to the court claim, then you can ask for judgement. Beware that the bank may apply for the case to be set aside, they may give an excuse as to why they didn't reply in time. The court will have sent you a form telling you when the claim was deemed as served. If you read that form it tells you what to do.
