If I pay £10 for a copy of my statements and find there is only ONE charge over the 6 year period, can I claim back the £10 data protection payment as well?
Just to clear up the above 2 posts, YES, you can claim the £10.00 but only when the claim is filed at court, otherwise NWSM is correct, it cannot be added to a claim before then.

Settled in full £905.18, confirmation faxed to the court the day before I appeared, which meant I didn't know 'til the Judge told me.
