Just a quick question. I had a business account and personal account with RBS and i'm about to start reclaiming my bank charges. As i have two accounts do i need to make two payments of £10 when requesting my statements or as its with the same bank do i just make the one. Any advice would be appreciated
I was asked for 2 payments of £10 for 2 PERSONAL accounts, although I believe they were wrong in doing this. I suppose your 2 accounts may be chargeable especially if the business account is not in your name (ie sole trader).
For what it's worth, its not really a biggie as you will get it all back anyway....hopefully
hi
im not sure if the same is applicable to business acc but if you list you account numbers on the one letter then only one fee of £10 is payable. i wasnt told this until after i had done two separate letters with two seperate fees lol
